We were about to go on a short holiday and unusual for the UK, we were in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures as high as 30. fitted these very easily to the side rear windows of my car with my dog in the back and the rear area of my car stayed a lot cooler for the journey;when returning to the car from a water break,eg the front was like an oven but the back area remained cool. Highly recommended for travelling with animals or children but of course don't leave your dog in with these screens in thinking he will be ok with the car parked up-that's still a big no!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful beyond cars *by B***9 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 July 2018* I'm not actually using these in a car - I've moved into a new office that gets the full force of the sun (plus its reflection bounced off the building next door) during the morning, and I sit right next to the window. I have covered the part of the window that's next to me (first of all with one set, but then I bought a second set to cover a broader area), which means that although the office still heats up (it's a large window, so less than 20% is covered by the shades), I'm no longer sitting in the full glare of the sun - it is definitely more comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but beware! *by T***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 June 2017* They do what they advertise and do it well. However, it's easy to forget about them and mistakenly attempt to lower the rear windows. Because they cling to the window they will be sucked inside the door. I have already destroyed one set and feel lucky they didn't damage the internal door mechanisms.
