I like that it has two spray options a gentler spray (I use this for nappy changes) and a more direct jet function.It helps break down and lift away mess much easier than just wipes alone, especially for really bad nappy situations like poonamis, where you need a bit of extra help to get everything clean quickly and gently.My baby has eczema and quite sensitive skin, but this hasn’t irritated his skin at all. I’ve even used it on his most sensitive newborn skin from birth and it has never caused any reaction.I’ve also used it for other quick clean ups like wiping down his highchair, which makes it really useful beyond just nappy changes. It surprisingly also lifted some stains from his puréed food!I usually spray it directly onto the area and then wipe clean and it makes the whole clean up a lot easier and less stressful.I also carry the smaller version in his changing bag when we are on the go, it’s come in very handy!Overall, I’ve been using this for around five months now and it’s something I always keep nearby. Great for acne. Family members was getting spots on her forehead due to sweating on her riding helmet and on her back from getting hot n sticky from a full day of sports. She sprayed her forehead, helmet and back between rounds and it’s helped so much. No fragrance. It’s advertised for babies and it’s so cheap. You can buy brands with same ingredients described as for acne or first aid but so much more expensive, this is so well priced. I got the small & large bottle and refill the small bottle to carry with me. It’s come in handy for so many things.
