I can't say that I've noticed any significant changes with taking it. But it does have a good range of vitamins in it and about the same sort of price you'd pay for vitamins. At the price I agreed to buy it at on the subscription rate it was good value and as it contains multivitamins in addition to the Soya it was dual purpose. However after only one month on this subscription which cost £2.54 per pack of 30 tablets I have just now got an email saying that it was 'no longer available' but they would substitute the Vitabiotics Menopace Red Clover - 30 Capsules instead. Good job I checked. Firstly it is a DIFFERENT product and secondly (and more worryingly)it costs a whopping £13.05 for a pack of 30!!!! They still have the Menopace original but the price has gone up to £5.99 but no-one thought to substitute this. Bit disappointed really as I would have continued the subscription for another couple of months at the original price.
