Review: Delicious sushi for all ages :) - My son and I have been wanting to make sushi for ages now, and I decided to give this kit a try. It has everything you need (other than fresh sushi filling) to help you get started. The ingredients that come with the kit are delicious and my son has nearly snuffled all the ginger..he wasn’t as impressed with the wasabi (ha!) but I love wasabi and making it into a paste from the powder was fun, and yummy. It doesn’t come with chopsticks but as mentioned everything else is included. A brilliant sushi kit and I’m already being asked when we can make more! You’ve helped encourage a little chef and personally, my new cooking attempts usually end up in disaster, so I was delighted this didn’t. Many thanks :)
Review: Great kit - I've never made sushi and I can't believe it worked so well on my first try. This kit is amazing. It contains rice, sushi vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, a paddle for the rice and a bamboo mat for rolling. It also has a booklet which is very handful of you've never made sushi, especially when it comes to the rice. I definitely recommend it ☺️

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does any of the sauces that come with it contain any kind of peanuts, treenuts, walnuts, etc? allergy warnings?**
A: I bought it for a friend and she was very pleased with it.  But I don't know about the allergens.

**Q: How do I order more ingredients? I can’t find them online.**
A: The ingredients in this kit are available online and at any traditional grocery store (even Walmart) or at Asian markets.

**Q: when you open the nori what is the green packet at the bottom**
A: I believe silica

**Q: How much of the rice, nori, and vinegars do you get? (About how many sushi rolls can be made using these ingredients?)**
A: you get a smallish bottle of rice vinegar and sushi vinegar, a decent-sized jar of wasabi powder,  a bottle of soy sauce and a bottle of pickled ginger (in addition to the non-edible parts of the kit).  Your limiting factor will be the number of nori sheets.  I want to say there were 25, but I could be wrong.  You'll run out of them before the rest, but the kit is just meant to get you started.  We used it up in less than a month, but were not dismayed ... just found a good Asian market and stocked up.

I've never made sushi and I can't believe it worked so well on my first try. This kit is amazing. It contains rice, sushi vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, a paddle for the rice and a bamboo mat for rolling. It also has a booklet which is very handful of you've never made sushi, especially when it comes to the rice. I definitely recommend it ☺️

I bought this as gift for a friend with the intention of us making sushi together. The experience was a lot of fun...with some good laughs. Used all the rice for the pair of us which was a mistake as it made an excessive amount of sushi. We went through the recipe book provided and made all the different types after buying the extra ingredients required. Some were more difficult than others but they were all delicious and I would recommend the set for a gift/fun night in experience.
