## Description

Purple Ice is a high performance, synthetic, radiator coolant additive. It reduces engine heat by reducing the surface tension of the radiator fluids for improved heat transfer. Purple Ice fosters optimum coolant flow by helping to prevent formation of scale deposits in the radiator. It also lubricates the water pump seals. Purple Ice should always be used in conjunction with antifreeze in regions where freezing temperatures occur. Purple Ice is recommended for any water/glycol pressurized cooling system, including those using the traditional green silicate based glycols or the newer OAT or HOAT based glycols.

**Q: Is it safe to use for a honda civic fn2 type r, k20a2 engine.?**
A: It should be fine. It's just a coolant additive so it's universal. Put it in my '69 Mustang and run about 10-20° cooler

**Q: Can I use this with waterless coolant?**
A: This is really a customer services call to royal purple,, bearing in mind this is a surfactant designed to help water bond with the metal parts,,, I would guess you don't need that with waterless coolant as it negates the purpose,,,, waterless coolant by design is a better coolant option simply because it adheres to the metal more effectively drawing heat oil heat away from the metal,,, in my opinion sell it to a friend or call any of the water wetter companies,, hope this helps

Buen producto. No debe usarse completo, sino por onza en cada litro si tienes mezcla 50/50 anticongelante ( si no, no te sorprendas que haga espuma; además que no sirve de nada ponerle una mayor proporción a lo que indica Royal Purple). Por otro lado, no esperes una baja de temperatura, sino mayor capacidad de "reducción" de temperatura del sistema de anticongelante, y la confiabilidad de un aditivio que alargará la capacidad de flujo del anticongelante y la vida útil de tus mangueras. A veces buen precio: 350 pesos.
