I use other hand blenders in my line of work, being a chef, and Braun is definitely the best of the bunch. If you want a powerful hand blander look no further. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic and convenient hand blender *by E***S on 19 December 2017* I bought this a year ago and it's been absolutely wonderful. I use it mostly for soup, but I've also made whipped cream and salad dressings using it. It's so easy to clean and simple to use. I'm sure I'll get many more years of use out of this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacement *by J***Y on 12 March 2017* This one works OK. The previous one died slowly and when I took it apart (impossible to do without damage) there was a (eventually total) dry joint on one of the mains inputs to the circuit board. Soldered it and it went a treat - her indoors very happy until the two , originally welded) halves (that had to be stuck together again) came adrift and we had to buy this new one. Wonder how long these solder joints will last. Why don't manufacturers either make things to last or at least serviceable?
