Review: Are You Sitting Comfortably - I had a TKR 2 weeks ago and I got sciatica meaning laying or sitting was very painful after reading about this cushion I thought I would give it a try. It arrived quickly with 2 spares covers which were very welcome. I tried it first on my dinning room chair and for the first time I was able to sit without feeling I was sitting on concrete. The cushion raised me up a little so the back of my thighs got cushioned which is where my sciatic nerve hurts most when I sit down. The car was next with great comfort given here the edge of car seat no longer felt like I was leaving on an iron bar. I am forced to sleep in my recliner chair as I must elevate my knee once again the cushion is with me and helping me achieve some sleep.the cushion I feel will last and not flatten as other cushions have. If you suffer sciatica or lower back pain then this cushion will help you .
