I installed it myself, fairly straightforward although arranging the warm water supply was a bit fiddly. Don't buy it!! *by W***R on 18 February 2019* I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing this item due to very poor quality ceramics being used in the manufacture. The toilet was fitted by a very experienced professional plumber and was working perfectly, however after about 6 months and very little use as it is in a spare bathroom, the cistern cracked from top to bottom as shown in the pictures and flooded the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The toilet had not been used for at least 3 weeks prior to it breaking so it had not been knocked or damaged, and I can only put this down to very poor product materials being used. Plumber said he had not seen anything like that in his 30 years of plumbing, and it seems I am unable to receive any sort of refund despite this being less than 12 months old.
