It comes perfectly sealed, packed tightly into such a lovely jar. Gritty yet smooth, the pop when you open it sounds like music. The best £25 I’ve ever spent. I use it for brewing mead and I try to use Scottish ingredients. The apiary that this honey comes from is in Dunfermline. Yet the honey itself truly captures the flavour of the highland. 11/10, I’d sell my first born for more of this high quality jarred gold as if it were a pact with the devil.

Very impressed.Will definately buy again.thank you
