The XL grill plate hold lots of meat, or meat and vegs, we haven’t done fish on it yet, it cooks to perfection leaving the meat very tender, that melt in the mouth kind of feeling, it gets rid of fat which runs down into a small tray, it does produce smoke but not as much as a charcoal barbecue would. This barbecue is portable, we have used it indoors in to our utility room and it hasn’t let us down, we just keep the windows open, it hasn’t product much smoke at all and if you plan a barbecue with family or friends, come rain or shine it’s never a problem as you have either options! So easy to clean too, just use a non abrasive dish cloth in very warm soapy water and once the plate has cooled down but still warm to the touch, it’ll come out as new! This is a fantastic barbecue and definitely great value for money!
