I didn't realize I have to take THREE capsules per day, which means this bottle is only a 30-day supply. That's kind of expensive for me. But more importantly than that, I guess, I didn't experience any upset stomach. I can only take one capsule for now because they're pretty big and I always end up with that "stuck in my throat" feeling. I'll work my way up to three maybe, though I doubt it. I usually take gummy vitamins for just this reason. Also, the taste is not the most pleasant, but it's only a few seconds of yuck before it passes.
