## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this yeast ferment out to leave clear wine, or leave it cloudy like other turbo yeasts?**
A: If the fermentation is totally completed and there is no carbon dioxide left in the wine, it clears.

**Q: i intend to ferment sugar wash to ferment gin. Do I need to add yeast supplement?**
A: Turbo yeast contains all yeast nutrients needed for fermentation.

**Q: Will this work for elderflower champagne?**
A: For Champagne, use a dedicated wine yeast and preferably a Bayanus strain.
This yeast is not for sparkling wine.

**Q: Since its a turbo yeast do I not need a air lock**
A: You need an air lock but when fermentation is in full speed, it can be taken off or water taken out. 
When fermentation slow down, put fermentation lock back on. This will assure a protecting layer of carbon dioxide on top of fermentation and stop unwanted organisms from enter the fermentation.
