I purchased the set to broaden my workout routines and make them more challenging. I really appreciating being able to get everything in one set as opposed to ordering individual pieces. Especially because I wasn't completely sure what all I needed to purchase. This is the first set like it that I've own. I use the jump rope every day, great quality. The parachute has been a great workout at the lake where i go sprint; the parachute is each to use. The ladder and cones are also used often, maybe 3x a week. Everything is great quality and has made my workout routine a lot more challenging and i'm loving the results.
