**Q: Can it be used in a salt grinder**
A: hi. im not to sure  but if you can use normal salt in a grinder then I think you would be able to

**Q: is the amount of pottasium  in this low  i read the amount  but is it a lot  or is it  minimal  . i know nothing about pottasium**
A: It is about the standard low, as low/less salt products go. I don't like the taste, so I stopped using it. I prefer to use kombu seaweed as an alternative to salt or liquid aminos

A: This salt contains less than 0.5% of sodium, compared with common salt which is nearly 99% sodium.

**Q: What are the ingredients please?**
A: Ingredients: Potassium Chloride, Natural Flavouring. Also says, Each 1.5g (1/4 teaspoon) contains approx. 0.78g of Potassium.People with heart or kidney disorders should consult with their doctor before use.John.

It's really great to be taking salt again after years of health based abstention.I've been using this for two months now and have to say that I'm amazed at how "real" it is.My initial test was in trying it as a saline in pickled onion making. That has worked well and my first batch are crisp & delicious.Now it sits on the kitchen work top and is in daily use for all those meals & snacks that have been missing the edge that salt provides.I heartily recommend this product.

I hardly notice the difference, and it's great because my blood pressure does not increase when I use this salt alternative. And it makes my food taste great. you don't get  lot for your money tho...

I got it for my husband who had been told by doctor that he cannot have sodium in his food due to medical reasons. It does taste some what like salt if you are ready for a compromise. It burns your tongue after 3-4 days use. He hated is as it also caused stomach ache.
