I was losing handfuls of hair for YEARS and after maybe the first 3 vials I am losing about 20-30 maximum every time I wash my hair. It is easy to apply and I have no problems with the packaging (turning clockwise till the powder in the lid drops into the oil before turning anti-clockwise to open the vial for application). My only complaint is that it makes my hair very greasy - it is an oil and you are supposed to leave it in. I emailed the manufacturer and they said I can wash my hair after 12 hours - so it is half a day of very greasy hair.
