Concerning my makeup brush cleaner order, there was a tiny, Amazon related issue. I contacted the seller & they immediately replied & solved the issue right away.Onto the makeup cleaner itself, after seeing oodles of youtube videos on this style of brush cleaner, I figured I'd "give it a whirl"... ; ) I purchased mine from Creatique due to the price, their seller rating & a few perks, including a nifty storage bag for the cleaner!I finally had a chance to try it out, on my very-makeup-filled brushes (due to medical issues, it's very hard for me to stand at a sink for any extended amount if time, so my poor brushes were getting neglected). It worked just as shown, took much less time & was rather fun too~ Since my brushes needed a major cleaning, they took a few more runs through the cleaner & I also ran them through a rinse, using the same method with just plain clean water, which really helped. I'm sure they'll be much easier to clean from now on!The cleaner worked, again, as described, was easy to use & fast. The wand part has one speed setting, but it was definitely fine on my thicker brushes as well as the finer ones. When done, the thicker brushes were very slightly damp but the finer brushes spun nearly completely dry. Remember to hand mold the bristles back to shape when they're done being spun, to maintain their shape.If you don't wait too long between cleanings, it'll work just fine : ) I plan to give one of these cleaners to my daughter (in her 20's) too, she'll really enjoy it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to dunk and dry about three times before I was satisfied.
