I found this fitted my Pen F fine (some other reviews suggest it can get loose). It requires care when fitting as when tightening it up the shutter button naturally wants to turn with it - easily resolved. It can come loose during use if you're not aware of it however, but I just got into the habit of giving it a nudge each time my finger was on the button, and this kept it tight enough. Personally I'm not using mine at the moment as I found the shutter feel to be better without it.
