Simple yet incredibly effective. I have used mine since the start of the year, mainly for keeping my lower back warm when standing watching my 2 boys playing football. I'm as stiff as an old board and normally take 9 holes to warm up my golf swing. I strap hotbott around my waist and activate it in the car. It's a very neat fit so no problem to wear when driving. By the time I arrive on the first tee i'm warm as toast and ready to swing.
