Print quality is terrible. The text is faded towards one side as if the print has been applied with a dye-sub printer & thermal press and the thermal press is not getting up to temperature at one end. From the box, it was impossible to even see the letters B or U. I understand that as a production process, there will be the odd issues but surely if there was any element of quality control, this shouldn't have been dispatched?!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying, mine was also faded around the unicorns head. I thought it may have just been a dodgy one but then i read the reviews and have seen other people’s have been the same.

Very disappointed with the mug looks like a second defiantly not worth the money brought as a gift  didn't have time to get anything els otherwise I would have sent  it back printing was good one side  but very faded other side poor quality for money
