Review: Very odd clinical smell, but does the job - First things first, this stuff stinks. It has a very strong chemical clinical smell, which is slightly sweet. When you get used to it, it's not wildly unpleasant, but it is certainly not a normal smell. It smells what it is: medicated. You can get some of the smell reduced by doing several rinse cycles afterwards, or washing the load again in normal detergent, but there is always a lingering element of it. You get used to it after a while, so as long as you don't mind others thinking you smell like a trip to the dentist surgery never mind! It does a good job of killing anything like bacteria and fungal smells. Old wet socks that stink and the like are fixed, alongside things like underarms of favourite tshirts that have started smelling a little rotten. I certainly wouldn't trust this stuff for anything delicate or wools or silks mind you, as it seems pretty harsh. One other thing, it's very expensive and the bottle doesn't last long at all.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you have to do a prewash cycle with this in draw ...then normal wash?**
A: The response from Mr.D.Kelsey is as I understand it correct. I don't have a pre wash cycle so I place the required amount of Eradicil in the wash ball place it into the washer, then wash on a short cycle at 30degrees. When this cycle is ended I then do a normal wash using laundry soap, oxygen whitener as needed and fabric softener as normal.

**Q: Does 1 cap mean the smaller inner cap or the large screw on cap?**
A: Sorry large screw on cap. Said it would last for 10 washes or use two caps to if used for full not pre wash. There was enough for five full washes filling to the nearly the top of the large screw top.

First things first, this stuff stinks. It has a very strong chemical clinical smell, which is slightly sweet. When you get used to it, it's not wildly unpleasant, but it is certainly not a normal smell. It smells what it is: medicated. You get used to it after a while, so as long as you don't mind others thinking you smell like a trip to the dentist surgery never mind! Works well if you have been fighting fungus & not winning. Smells a bit odd but it doesn’t do anything bad to your clothes. Easy enough to use & it works.
