We decided to do our whole bathroom in the basic white till we renovate and as such used that non-specific paint but added some of this to it. Very easy to use for sure, just get your numbers right for the fill effectiveness. We didn’t notice it made the paint have any smell, didn’t affect coverage, didn’t impact quality of the paint, didn’t affect the thickness of the pant in any way. We’ve now lived here over a year and we’ve had no problems at all. We don’t have an extractor fan (2 large windows) so the room does get very steamy at times (especially in the winter) and in the week leading up to painting it we had already noticed mould on the ceiling. Once cleaned then painted over it’s gone and never came back again. So I definitely recommend and for the price it’s great value.
