I didn’t find the coffee exceptional by any means, but it certainly isn’t bad either. It’s good but not great to me. I couldn’t pick up and mushroom flavor at all, just typical coffee. This came in extremely finely ground, much finer than what I expected. The aroma is also less strong than typical, but not too surprising. I’m sure that grinding these to a fine powder made the grounds oxidize to some degree, even while sealed in the bag. This is a mild-tasting coffee that should be easy on most people.Overall, it’s a solid cup of coffee that isn’t really noteworthy in taste.
