I have very thick hair and mix it 50/50 with conditioner to use as a tint to calm down brassiness. I only get two or three uses. If you have finer hair maybe 4 or 5 uses? **Q: I have a dyed medium sandy blonde colour and am looking for something to tone it to an ashy blonde. Do you think this would this work? :-)** A: Yes definitely!! I bought this a few weeks ago and it took a few attempts to make the colour more ashy, but definitely has worked now! I do have to keep applying it though as I feel it washes out the grey tones, but has completely toned the warm tones out my hair! **Q: I have medium warm brown dyed hair. I have warm oranges tones, which I want to neutralize, will this tone to a ash brown?** A: It did for me, a lovely colour at that. But....it didn't last long, maybe two or three washes. I was a little worried my hair wouldn’t take the colour on but I was surprised on the first application the lightened blonde streaks on my hair turned blue-ish/grey- more blue.I applied a second time, a week later and it went a lot more blue but more of my hair took on the colour. I left it on a little longer this time.
