The Holy Grail of powders! I have used this on bare skin & over foundation, & its effect is flawless, natural, fresh, matte-but-not-dry. Excellent powder but it desperately needs to to be tinted for a wide range of skintones because the white cast is insanely bad. I give it 5 stars for oil control though and 1 star for not being translucent.
