Made in the USA with a textured grip, these picks have been a staple for guitarists worldwide for over 50 years, delivering consistent performance from beginners to pros. ## Description The pick used by top musicians worldwide. Jim Dunlop picks are carefully designed and manufactured to give the characteristic maximum memory and minimum wear Review: Do the job, grippy surface stops slippage. - These are my favourite pick as I play wth a loose grip and appreciate the volume created by a heavier pick, and the grippy surface stops slippage. Review: Quest for the perfect pick - These are a plainer design than I usually choose but thought i'd give them a play as they're Dunlop so wouldn't be bad. Well they're great, awesome attack perfect weighting slightly over .7 I can't speak to durability, but for the money they're a great buy. One thing i'd change and advice if you buy. The grip is good, but would be better if it was across the whole top of the pick rather than the writing, at least on one side. The writing itself does aid grip though. Go for a brighter colour, i normally go bright so i can find the damn things. ## Features - 0.38mm - White - Fantastic quality guitar picks - World famous brand - Essential for any guitarist ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00WSL3U0Q | | Best Sellers Rank | 71 in Musical Instruments & DJ ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments & DJ ) 6 in Picks & Pick Holders | | Body Material | Nylon | | Brand | Jim Dunlop | | Brand Name | Jim Dunlop | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 9,398 Reviews | | Finish Type | Standard | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00710137017436, 05060155251950, 05060155251967 | | Included Components | 12 Nylon Guitar Picks | | Item Dimensions | 6.4 x 0.8 x 4.3 centimetres | | Item Type Name | Nylon Guitar Picks 12 pack | | Item Weight | 0.02 Kilograms | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 6.4 x 0.8 x 4.3 centimetres | | Item weight | 0.02 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Jim Dunlop | | Material | Nylon | | Model Name | PJR138 | | Model Number | 44P038 | | Model name | PJR138 | | Number of Items | 12 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | 44P.38 | | Product Warranty | 1. | | Set Name | 12 Pack Nylon Guitar Picks | | Sound Profile | Warm, Smooth Decay | | UPC | 710137017436 | | Unit Count | 12 unit | ## Product Details - **Colour:** Black - **Brand:** Jim Dunlop - **Material:** Nylon - **Model name:** PJR138 - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 6.4 x 0.8 x 4.3 centimetres ## Images ![Dunlop Picks - Nylon Standard 0.38mm - Pack 12 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/612v6UyI6VL.jpg) ![Dunlop Picks - Nylon Standard 0.38mm - Pack 12 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61KBZxQ0ipL.jpg) ![Dunlop Picks - Nylon Standard 0.38mm - Pack 12 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Qg5QfHRWL.jpg) ![Dunlop Picks - Nylon Standard 0.38mm - Pack 12 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81wWJXGoA5S.jpg) ![Dunlop Picks - Nylon Standard 0.38mm - Pack 12 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/718d6K39vPS.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Would these work for prying apart an iPad screen?** A: If your not familiar with Iphone repair it may come as a surprise that guitar picks are used to pry them apart before repairing. Im only familiar with the Dunlop .73. Great for guitar but too light for prying phones apart. **Q: Are they all thin or do they all come in a variety of thin and thick?** A: The 44P picks come in packs that are all the same thickness. They have (all in mm sizes) .38 , .46 , .60 , .73 , .88 , 1.00. Dunlop does have variety packs but only by thickness, style. The variety packs are PVP101 (thin / medium) , PVP102 (medium / thick) and PVP103 (Jazz III picks -- Nylon Jazz III Red, Nylon Max Grip Jazz III, Carbon Fiber Nylon Jazz III XL, Black Tortex Jazz M3, Ultex Jazz III, and Ultex Jazz XL). **Q: What is the difference between the nylon .60 44R versus 44P?** A: The 44R is a REFILL bag -- LOTS of picks. The 44P is a PLAYERS pack or a small number of picks. This designation is true for ALL the Dunlop picks. Want a lot?? Get the "R" packs. Just a few?? Get the "P" packs. The picks are exactly the same in all cases. **Q: Is the gripping surface on both sides of the picks or just one?** A: I have been using these picks for years and swear by them. They have gripping on both sides for those sweaty sessions or practically any situation. These are the best. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do the job, grippy surface stops slippage. *by P***K on 3 August 2026* These are my favourite pick as I play wth a loose grip and appreciate the volume created by a heavier pick, and the grippy surface stops slippage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quest for the perfect pick *by X***W on 7 October 2025* These are a plainer design than I usually choose but thought i'd give them a play as they're Dunlop so wouldn't be bad.
