**Q: Is this oil organic?**
A: These questions seem to relate to the bottles of oil and the small truffle oil.  The truffle oil is definitely organic, I don’t have the olive oil bottle so can’t comment.

**Q: Is it first pressed? And what is the after taste bitter or sweet fruity?**
A: I bought the Olive oil to use on my mushroom risotto it tasted fine Olivia R

**Q: Can I use this for frying and roasting**
A: Yes you can, although a bit too good for that!
Frying needs a oil which will not smoke at a too lower temp., this will.

**Q: HI -  what is the 'best before' date please   txs**
A: Sorry...i didnt see this until today
