The wig itself comes well packaged in a hairnet and cardboard box to store it in. The hair is very easy to style with a tangle teezer brush and any bits of static or fly aways can be tamed with a small amount of water. I wouldn't recommend using a hair dryer or straightening irons with this wig as it would probably melt. For the best fit I would suggest to plait your hair or clip it smoothly to your head if you have long hair. I didn't use a wig cap as I didn't think to buy one, but it probably would have made it easier to put the wig on if I'd had one as my hair is quite long and fine and can be hard to control! The wig itself was very comfortable to wear, not too hot and itchy like some plastic wigs can be and it looked quite realistic too. A black wig doesn't particularly flatter my colouring, but if it did I would totally wear this out and about on days I couldn't be bothered to do my own hair! It looks very realistic, it just doesn't suit my pale English skin tone... If the finish looks a little shiny to you, you can dust the shiny bits e.g. the crown with some black or brown eye shadow, just to tone it down a bit.
