These mugs looked lovely and came in a nice presentation box, unfortunately there was a burr on the rim of one of the mugs so I had to return them.  As it was close to the anniversary that I needed them for I did not order any replacements. The return was handled promptly and money refunded quickly.

The decoration is lovely and they arrive in a nice gift box, however the mugs are not delicate like they look in the picture, but are quite rough and cheap looking - disappointing.
