This boot allows you to keep the foot plantarflexed and bring the tendons closer helping to heal. After a couple weeks I can reduce the angle and eventually back to a standard 90 degree boot. However, the listing offered assistance with virtual adjustment either through a phone call, video call or by clicking on a YouTube video tutorial. As of June 29, 2023 the YouTube channel does not have the tutorial for the video. The company too about 4-5 days to respond to my request regarding virtual fitting. So I had to purchase another boot from another company as time is of the essence with the Achilles tendon injury.
