I can never go back to those dried up cooked flour tortillas you get in the grocery store -- I'd rather not have any tortillas than use them. Like another reviewer said, they are expensive buying online due to shipping costs, and I can't afford them all the time since moving back to New Jersey, but I sure do love them when I do have them. I, too, wish I could purchase them locally again. They would always be a regular staple in my kitchen. Everyone I serve them to loves them. There's a lot of Mexican-food lovers in NJ and a large Mexican population. Ever since, I've been trying to re-create the cuisine in my home (more corn tortillas to do real Mex, more flour in SoCal). This is a delicious product. Keep in mind--these need to be cooked, and that's what makes them superior. They brown nicely on both sides on my cast-iron skillet. I like to watch them puff up as they heat then deflate as they cool. Great for small-to-medium burritos, quesadillas, or large tacos. I only wish they came in a larger size so I could make big burritos like I used to get in San Diego.
