They are often late but NEVER early ... until now. KEEP IT UP! The Rinnai installed easily and runs perfect. It booted right up .. I set the temp .. it ran. Perfect match to the KISS system. I give Rinnai a huge credit for keeping it simple.

Bought and installed this a week ago. Had no problems with it but I highly recommend that if you are going to purchase, it’s not a plug and play even rinnai to rinnai. Set your gas line in first and then replumb the water lines. It makes it a lot easier.
