I do like the liquid supplements as they are to absorb in your body quicker than a tablet. Did my energy level go up yes it did some what not quite what i was hoping for but sometimes you have to take a supplement for a while to get its benefits. I will continue to take it. The price I felt was not too bad. Hopefully the longer I take this the effectiveness will get better. I also appreciate that it is in a dark glass container. The dropper works good.
