I used this as a rinse (although wasn't sure whether you are supposed to wash out after rinsing hair with it! - no instructions! So after a few attempts and a few quite lilac patches, I have ended up using this by squeezing a large amount into my usual shampoo & conditioners to make my own silver shampoo & conditioner!
