## Overview

The Marcato Cookies Electric Pump & Press Machine is a premium Italian-made cookie press crafted from anodized aluminum. It includes 20 unique cookie dies and an adjustable size regulator, enabling you to create up to 40 perfectly shaped cookies per dough load. ## Description

Marcato Biscuits includes 20 different dies for just as many biscuit shapes: from stars to shortbread, from hearts to flowers. You can also choose between two different sizes, to make large breakfast biscuits or small pastries. Making cookies with the Biscuit machine is very easy: after preparing the dough, just insert a small amount into the machine from the die side. After choosing the desired shape, simply place the lower part of the Biscuits machine directly onto the baking tray, without using butter or baking paper. The cookie will stick to the baking tray already perfectly portioned and will just need to be baked. With one load of dough, you will be able to prepare 20/25 large biscuits or 35/40 small biscuits.

Review: Beautifully made, works well with a little bit of patience - Really beautifully made. Very solid piece of equipment. I followed the recipe (but halved everything as didn’t need a huge amount of biscuits. I also added some vanilla extract into the milk volume to add a bit of flavour. I’d say if anything the mix is very slightly too moist. To make them come out better I set it to number 2, press once and lift quite quickly straight up. I cooked them on 180 (no conventional oven) and baked for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. They cook really quickly so keep an eye on them. I then put blackberry jam to put two together or chocolate in the middle and they really taste great. Think I might try some amendments to the recipe to make the flavour even better but a great start. Overall I’d say it’s a great too to make cute looking biscuits. Wasn’t sure from the reviews but I feel it’s worth buying.

Really beautifully made. Very solid piece of equipment. I followed the recipe (but halved everything as didn’t need a huge amount of biscuits. I also added some vanilla extract into the milk volume to add a bit of flavour. I’d say if anything the mix is very slightly too moist. To make them come out better I set it to number 2, press once and lift quite quickly straight up. I cooked them on 180 (no conventional oven) and baked for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. They cook really quickly so keep an eye on them. I then put blackberry jam to put two together or chocolate in the middle and they really taste great. Really easy to use and very quick. I've added the video because my brain could not compute how the dies would produce cookies and I couldn't find another example online. It's a good, solid piece of kit.
