This was supposed to be brand new laptop but my AlienFX which makes the alien light up does not work. This was super sad because of how expensive it is and the seller offered no support at all. They claimed that their was nothing wrong with it and sent it back to me. However, I have spoke to dell, looked on YouTube for solutions and nothing works so it definitely isn't me. I don't recommend buying a laptop off of desertcart I have seen a few other people have similar issues from different sellers, I wish I had known this before I bought it. Hopefully this review will stop people making the same mistakes as myself.
