My old wipers had this metal clip that I was able to reuse to keep the refills in place. Make sure your wipers have something like that, or else you're gonna have a bad time.The old wiper had this stiff piece of plastic with rubber attached to it. These refills basically replace both of those parts.Overall, I'm pretty happy with these refills. Unfortunately I have to return these and look for inserts that match my OEM inserts.
