It is not going to make you look ten years younger! What is has done is made my skin feel hydrated giving it a glow. I sometimes forget to put moisturiser on which is testimony to what it’s doing. It has really helped my joint pain, I can tell when I haven’t taken it for a while. As it is costly I tend to take it every other day now but I would suggest doing a few weeks every day first.
