**Q: How much liquid does it hold?**
A: I just got mine based on the previous answers of 16oz. It dosen't even hold 8oz.
I noticed that the 7 1/2 oz in description is volume not weight, This is a very small cup.

**Q: Does the pattern go all the way around the mug?**
A: Yes.  Well made and pretty.

I love this mug! I love puffins and the design on this mug is so beautiful. I love a big cup of tea first thing in the morning and am very fussy what I drink it from, this mug is perfect, lovely to drink from, just the right size and a beautiful puffin design in vibrant colours. I have been using the mug for quite a few months now and it still looks brand new despite using it every day, unlike other mugs I own that are used less frequently.
