They stayed on when correctly secured during windy weather. We didn’t get much snow but they are waterproof. I would not recommend buying these though because they barely lasted 2 seasons before the material became too weak and now after 3 seasons, it rips any time we touch it. These covers will likely fully disintegrate soon.
