Specially designed for Nordic Ware's 70th Anniversary pan, the pan combines a bold geometric design with a beautiful golden patina. The Bundt pan’s origins date back hundreds of years to a European bread pan called a Kugelhopf mould. Relatively unknown elsewhere until the 1960s, our famous Bundt pans have now become a staple in over 70 million kitchens around the world. The simple elegance and deliciousness of Bundt cakes cannot be replicated with any other dessert. Product Benefits 70th Anniversary Design Non-stick Interior Coating Easy to Clean Heavy Cast Aluminium 10 Cup Capacity Lifetime Durability Crown Bundt Pan Use & Care Hand Wash Bundt Pan Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash the deep cake tin with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Not dishwasher safe. Brush with Butter Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Fill 3/4 Full Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Tap pan to remove bubbles. Tilt pan so batter runs up the sides slightly. Bake to Perfection! Bake the Bundt cake! When baking is finished, cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes. It is reassuringly solid and well made, which should be expected from a quality USA producer and should be expected for the price. iIndestructible with bare hands. If I stamped on it I'd end up damaged, not it. It's a potential heirloom (provided it's looked after) and you have to pay for that. First cake came out perfectly and didn't stick at all - DO NOT use spray-on products to achieve non-stick as they will damage the tin; I made my own 'goop' (Google it), which is a shortening / oil / flour combination and it worked perfectly well. The Nordicware recipes are recommended as a start point. I did Earl Grey & Lemon and it was really good. This was an indulgence, but it was worth it for the lifetime quality I got. I really value high quality cookware and it certainly doesn't need to get any better than this.

This provides a really easy way to achieve a very impressive looking cake. It is reassuringly solid and well made, which should be expected from a quality USA producer and should be expected for the price. iIndestructible with bare hands. If I stamped on it I'd end up damaged, not it. It's a potential heirloom (provided it's looked after) and you have to pay for that. First cake came out perfectly and didn't stick at all - DO NOT use spray-on products to achieve non-stick as they will damage the tin; I made my own 'goop' (Google it), which is a shortening / oil / flour combination and it worked perfectly well. The Nordicware recipes are recommended as a start point. I did Earl Grey & Lemon and it was really good. This was an indulgence, but it was worth it for the lifetime quality I got. I really value high quality cookware and it certainly doesn't need to get any better than this.

I bought this as a treat to myself and it did not disappoint! It even arrived a few days earlier than expected. The cake came out perfect. I oiled the tin with kitchen paper soaked in vegetable oil and used the Nigella Lawson “Spruced up vanilla cake” Bundt recipe. I even found a facebook group for Nordic Ware tin users 😊
