I admit, we are spoiled since we have a couple of restaurants nearby that make amazing hummus. For our palates, it is a bit too sour (pre-packaged hummus seems to need more acid to maintain freshness), and the herb mix was a bit strange. I think that I would prefer a plainer hummus that didn't have the thyme and rosemary. I would be willing to try a different flavor since I like that this is shelf stable.
