I swear by them. I found it hard to find a replacement for what i was taking when they changed the ingredients. Ive tried so many things over the years so i was pleasently surprised when these work a treat especially as they are only a digest eaze tablet rather than a probiotic. I believe everything is healthy in proportion and we would all be lying to ourselves if we blame a tablet for not working. Tablets are quite large in size but it easly breaks into 2 smaller onea. No taste really.then again im taking them with water and swallowing not sat there chewing it Would deff reccomend and have bought time and time again and will continue to do so. My GP gave me antispasmodics and got me an appointment with a gastroenterologist, but I had to wait 80 something days to actually be seen. So, about 3 weeks ago (with a month left to see the gastro doctor), I ordered this digestive enzyme to see if it would help as a lot of my symptoms pointed at problems with my pancreas or gallbladder. I swear to you, I have tried SO many supplements and meds to make the pain go away or at least make my symptoms tolerable (e.g. peppermint capsules, charcoal tablets, apple cider vinegar, peppermint cordial, peppermint tea, antispasmodics, painkillers, immodium...etc), yet NOTHING worked. So I tried this and I feel like crying because the cramps have disappeared, my stools (although still pale) are otherwise pretty normal, I can eat a lot more things without getting pains 10 mins later (but still no gluten or lactose - those will send me straight back to agony). I'm far from fixed but I'm no longer afraid to leave my house or eat anything other than sawdust.
