I am 5'7, 140-ish. Size 10 fit well. Length was at the top of my knees.The material feels nice, slightly stretchy. More casual than work, but I guess that depends on where you work! I did have to take a small safety pin to the wrap over the chest (need not to be flashing the world!) but if you have a small bosom, this may not be a problem. First wash and it fits the same, but I hung it to dry. Not sure how this much cotton will do in the dryer.
