**Q: Is the pack Reusable/washable?**
A: I recommend storing pack in the refrigerator during day and wearing at night while asleep or for 1-2 hours at a time.  You may reuse it for 4-6 weeks then soak overnight in baking soda and a gentle cleanser…sir dry then start process over again.  It’s benefits are endless!✨

**Q: Is this the same as the sleep mask?**
A: No. The thyroid pack is different from the sleep mask.

**Q: Hair growth on neck? Will it cause one to experience hair growth in neck?**
A: Great question! No it will not cause hair growth on your neck!

**Q: Why do you need this, can't you just use the oil?**
A: Great question! Rubbing the oil onto the skin without wearing the pack will nourish the skin, but you're only getting half the benefits!
