Sturdy, hardwearing and give me lots of support where I need it making my feet much less sore than they used to be. I use these for running and they've stood up well so far. I pronate quite severely when I run, so I fitted these into some Mizuno Wave Alchemy motion control shoes (highly recommended), replacing the standard insoles. The problem is that feet are complex and everybody's are different, hence an off-the-shelf is never going to work as well as a custom-made orthotic.
