It is fattening if consumed in large quantities whereas I find coconut water is great for weight loss either to keep you hydrated whilst training or fill you up in between meals. My skin is great when I drink this and my headaches go. My 3 children 5,10 and 18 drink this every day and especially if ill. My youngest son drank this in smaller quantities from ages 8 months . **Q: Is it pasturised?** A: Yes, it's Flash Pasteurised, it's on the company's FAQ site. Sorry but the answers below are incorrect.. I think you have to get Coco Water in Cans or fresh coconuts to avoid this but the cans can give you heavy metal residues.
