If it is, then it is probably defective and needs to be replaced. The unit is the usual high Marshall quality. It's not too weighty when lugging kit to gigs, but heavy enough not to slide across the stage in use. Switches are positive without having to stamp on them. All four are fully programmable but there are no instructions showing this. Plenty of YouTube videos online though.
