I've also noticed that Spermidine helps reverse my thinning hair and prevents hair loss. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good Product *by M***E on June 20, 2023* I have felt the effects of Spermidine it is now going one 3 weeks of use, in which I will up my dosage. I have felt more energy that feels natural and not like caffeine, I have also had quicker recovery time after tough workouts since I've been taking it. I will up the dosage to two dosages to see how the effects are but I cannot complain at the moment. The packaging could use a bit more color to the graphics just for visual purposes but the packaging itself is pretty standard for vitamins so its neither good nor bad.
