Review: Great for a novice even - Used w oil and worked so well on my face, neck, and arms (texters cramp) The squeeze ball makes it so easy to produce heavy suction. Used the smallest one (5 different sizes) for them as it’s best for areas of the body I wanted to target-areas with plenty of curve. Larger ones are great for large and flat areas. I was even able to use on another person and rid them of a headache. You need not be a pro to gain great benefit from these cups. I definitely recommend them-especially if you suffer from chronic pain and/or repetitive motion.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good suction, bulb requires hand strength, bulbs a little rough around the edges

Easy to use, good suction, good range of sizes to use on face and body and I like that they are glass. Just need to be careful not to drop as glass can break. The bulbs are a little rough around the edges at the seam and one of mine looked a little dirty - maybe used before I got it? One star subtracted for this, but really the suction is the most important thing if one has strong enough hands to compress the bulb. Should be able to use for static, dynamic, and flash cupping although I have used only for static so far. Still trying to figure out a good way to store the set, but at least they come wrapped in bubble wrap so could feasibly store in the original box or a bag to save space.
