A: It is a 1 size fits all. You cut them down to fit your shoe.  Can't remember what size it goes up to but there is a about 0.5 cm allowance round the largest size outline.

A: You cut them yourself following the guide line for your shoe size, so you get the exact size you need.

These are very affective in the short-run, absorbing undesirable odours but mine never seem to last as long as the manufacture claims, not because I have rank blocks of cheese for feet, but because the friction of use soon, sometimes after 2 months of light use, creates a hole by my large toe, thus breaking the seal to the sometimes damp sole beneath, rending the trainer tamer unfit for purpose. I still buy them as they are simply an easy way to keep your trainers fresh. I also recommend using talc powder in trainers to keep them super fresh, though white sock-prints may result if you forget! Also, for real baddies wrap them up and put them in the freezer overnight, kills the bacteria! Then just make sure you keep them super dry with powder and these tamers. I am a size 11 so they fit effortlessly into my trainers, but they dont seem to make them larger so be careful with the any size claim.
